To find the percentage of a number: Let's say you want to find 20% of 150.

• Enter the number you want to find the percentage of (150 in this example).
• Press the multiplication key (*).
• Enter the percentage value (20 in this example).
• Press the percentage key (%).

I see this as having 2 options. a. buying the parts ..which shipping could eat up any savings or reasonable cost. b. purchase a second-hand one and use the roll arms from it. I can't see a listing for that error on the 400 but it usually refers to a full journal memory on other models. Check your manual for the procedure to reset the electronic journal (maybe called EJ). You won't lose any programming or daily sales report info by resetting/ clearing the EJ so give it a try

hello Christine C, posted to USA computer help. first learn that USA computer are not the same as outside USA (laws and such things) I tried hard to learn what this is FX9860G AU best I can tell it is a CASIO Calculator and is NOT a busted PC. the manual is here. read it yet? put in new batteries, most used things with batterie's are for sure batteries NOGOOD now. Your angle unit is set to radians, while on the other calculators it is in degrees. Change the angle unit to degrees.

Probly ovr using it..shut it down for an hour aday..components alredy hot n worn out from heating of circuits..if it doesnt recover call tech

Press the Shift Mode button and select LineIO instead of MathIO. MathIO shows you the result as a stacked fraction (with numerator on top of Denominator), which is rather neat.

Depress paper feed button does it advance paper, if not defective printer....

You cannot. It is not a graphing calculator.

From the original manual of the SF 4000 "If you forget your password, there is no way to recover it or to access the Secret data. You can only Reset to clear the entire memory and start again. To change an existing password, enter Secret mode and then press Clear and then the Secret key. The password XXXXX appear. Press Function then select 1 - Edit to edit the password, then press the Secretkey again when finished editing to save the change. The data item editing menu has an option to move individual items in or out of Secret mode"
