That is a problem with the fuser and it could be the fuser or it could be the power supply. Xerox is proprietary and you will have to contact them with you wallet in hand to get this repaired.

I had a Xerox 5035 copier and had a device called a Wiper that removes the remains of the old image on the drum to the toner sump. Seems that these wear and cause what you talk about. Good Luck there are service manuals, very hard to locate. I dropped the links after I gave mine away.

Yeh toa machine ki booting se related problem ho sakti hai. Aapke paas manual aur original code hai kya. Better hoga aap kisi service engineer se baat karai.
