12V accessory fuse. if thats good remove the jack and unplug the wires and check for voltage at the wiring harness with a multimeter. if thats good 12-14.5v then check for continuity between the dot in the center of the lighter jack and the middle peg on the back, and the sleeve of the lighter jack and the peg on the side of the jack. make sure the connection is tight between the harness and the jack and reinstall. if it still doesnt work then replace the jack

2005 nissan air condition noise clicking inside car
Maybe something hitting the fan blades in the blower? There isn't much inside the car that's specific to the A/C- evaporator, maybe an expansion valve, and some hoses. Most everything else is in the engine compartment. The blower, dampers, and controls may have a problem, but it probably wouldn't be limited to just the A/C
My ac fuses always over heating when the ac is on
If you're saying that you keep blowing the AC fuse when it's running, then you have a problem. The fuse is there to protect the system from an electrical problem. Burning a fuse element means the AC is drawing too much current. Probably a short somewhere.
NEVER replace a fuse with a higher rated fuse- use only the Amperage rating suggested for that circuit.
