In the print driver screen do you select the 1st draw as the source of the envelopes? does the spec of this copier do envelopes, check the Epson web site mite need to up grade the driver to do envelopes. only thing I know is when my copier/printer was doing this it was from refilled ink cartridges. if you are using refilled try replacing with new ones.
