if the device has not had charge in the battery you need to plug it in when red light goes off take charger out fot 3 secs.place back in and do it again in 15+minutes it WILL come on

restart your tab in safe mode.now try your picture if it works then some of your installed app malfunctioning. delete all apps which are not come with your tab. use antivirus and install your desired app again for safe mode try u tube

My first question would be, do you have the factory charger? If not is your ac adapter the right volts and mah? If not you may be experiencing a " trickle charge. " This is where the device is charging but only at a trickle like speed. This happens often with Apple products, when they update all your previous charging cords are useless. Try using a new updated usb charging cord too.

Delete and reinstall

You should receive updates automatically If you go into settings on the top click on General then scroll down to the bottom of the left hand column then click about device then on the right at the top is software update click that it will show when it was last updated under that is Auto update make sure you have that checked then you will always have the latest updates. if you go back to about device you can then see model number, android version and other details. I have android version 4.4.2 at the moment everyone gets the latest updates at different times you just need some patience. Hope this helps

there is a small reset hole in the edge use paper clip to hold for 5 seconds see if fingerprint option reappears . post picture of opening screen , and use edge of piece paper to clean debri around print sensor button.

REGARDLESS of what the initial notice says . open the drop down menu by swiping from the top notice line downward . tap the wifi icon and it will turn off. then turn it back on and tape the gear icon that will open settings , tap the wifi line to open the wifi settings. you should see your network there and be able to sign on. you should start with a blank browser page just type in a website or topic. it should go to the site . also try installing firefox from the store and then use the desktop icon to open the browser. if you still have problems comeback and describe. I have 3 galaxy products Tab 4 ", Tab S 8.4" and note 3 smartphone all using kit kat. so i should be able to walk you through this one

You just touch them. Slide your finger either side of the home button ,the home button doesn't light up at all.
