I need the codes so I can get my unit to boot up properly it is stuck in a boot loop and won't boot up
- Hard Reset or Factory Reset: Try performing a hard reset or factory reset on your device. This process typically involves holding down specific buttons for a certain period or accessing a reset option in the device settings. Be aware that a factory reset may erase your data, but it could help resolve the boot loop issue.
- Connect with Support: Reach out to Bushnell customer support directly. They may have specific instructions for troubleshooting a boot loop issue. Provide them with as much information as possible about the problem, including any error messages you may have encountered.
- Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure that your device's firmware is up to date. If there are any available updates, install them as they may include bug fixes that address boot-related issues.
- Battery Status: Ensure that the battery is charged and functioning properly. Sometimes boot loop issues can occur if the device is not receiving sufficient power.
- Professional Repair: If none of the above steps work, it's possible that there is a hardware issue. In such cases, you may need to consider professional repair services or contact Bushnell for further guidance.

I have a SC1312 supersonic tv. The dvd will not spin nor stay in what can I do?
If the DVD on your SC1312 Supersonic TV is not spinning and does not stay in, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Check the disc compatibility: Ensure that the DVD you are trying to play is compatible with the SC1312 Supersonic TV's built-in DVD player. Some DVDs may be incompatible due to different formats or region codes. Try playing different DVDs to see if the issue persists.
- Clean the DVD and the DVD player: Inspect the surface of the DVD for any smudges, fingerprints, or scratches. Clean the DVD gently using a soft, lint-free cloth, wiping from the center outward. Additionally, use a DVD lens cleaner to clean the DVD player's lens, as dust or debris on the lens can interfere with disc playback.
- Check for physical obstructions: Carefully inspect the DVD player's disc tray for any physical obstructions, such as foreign objects or debris. Remove any obstructions that may prevent the DVD from spinning or staying in the player.
- Reset the DVD player: Power off the TV and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and power it on. This reset can sometimes resolve temporary issues with the DVD player.
- Contact Supersonic customer support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it is advisable to contact Supersonic's customer support directly. Provide them with the specific details about the problem, including the model number (SC1312), and describe the symptoms you are experiencing. They will be able to provide further assistance, including potential troubleshooting steps or arranging for a repair if necessary.

The little supersonic TV I uses a 13in and I basically only use it for my camera monitoring. I don't know if my family press the wrong button on the remote control which is only used to turn the monitor off and on nothing more, but this morning when I went to turn the monitor on to view the cameras, it had a little box that said I had to run a channel auto scan. I'm not sure exactly what this means and how to start monitoring my cameras again on this scream.
Please read all of this before you do anything since my last suggestion may be the place to start.
This means it "needs" to do this in order to find the OTA (over the air) TV channels which have recently changed. Go through the menu system & possibly Tools to find the auto channel scan and let it do that.
I don't know why it would ask you to do this unless you also have the TV attached to the Internet, then it would know it needs this new channel scan, but I have four TVs in the house and none of them told me they needed a new scan. I knew this because I keep track of what is going on with OTA TV channels.
So, let's assume you've done the scan again, you also say you don't know how to get it back to monitoring your camera.
Once the channel scan is done it may be happy and simply find your camera again. If not, your camera probably came with instructions on how to set it up in the first place, find those and find how how to attach it to the TV again.
If you've lost those instructions look up the make & model of the camera on the Internet to see if you can now download the pdf version of the user's manual and/or setup instructions.
LAST: You may want to try this first: Most remotes have a button called "Input" or "Source" look for that button. With the TV on & pointing it towards the TV press the remote "Source" button, look at all the input sources it has & go through them one at a time and then wait for something or nothing to come up. One of these sources may be your camera.
