FRP is full reset protection. Normally this is done with gmail account. Even Samsung and apple iPhone has their own way for frp lock. Now if you want to reset it it ask for gmail log in details then only you can do it. Or other word you need to ulock alcatel a30 tablet by other means. When you're not making a call the volume up button made the ringer get louder. When you ARE making a call, that same button raises the volume of the phone in your ear.

When you're on a call push the volume up button. When you're not on a call the same button only increases the ringer volume.

Your network key should be on the back of the router. There will be a label. And it will probably be case sensitive.

Ive got an Alcatel with a Telstra Sim. Had no problem. They use a different size sim. If you have problems, go into a Telstra Shop, they will fit and check it for free.
