Your LED backlights are bad and need replacing, it's something you can do yourself but look at some youtube vids before attempting to do it, the panel is extremely fragile on this model set, be careful handling it or it will break then the TV is junk and the money spent on lamp strips is waisted. Also match the old strips to the pictures of new ones as this model uses 2 styles of strips, best place to buy them is shopjimmy.com
The main board and the power supply is bad for your TV and it would be more easier to buy a new TV than to try and fix the current TV that you have and that our TV could of had died on you.

The most main common reason for a TV to be showing a blue screen with no picture is because the source device has not been set to the correct mode.If you are using a VCR that is powered on but is not playing a tape and is not tuned to on to a receivable channel a blue screen will be showing up on the TV"s screen.
Probably a stuck button, either the menu button on the set itself is stuck or a menu button on a remote is active. Press the menu button on the set itself and see if that "un-sticks" the button, if it was indeed stuck. If the menu keeps popping up, take the remotes from the room and go back in without the remotes and see if the menu is popping up. Try the menu button again on the TV itself to see if that changes things. If the problem was a remote, perhaps it was laying wrong and depressing a button. Or, a button on it may have indeed been stuck. Bring the remotes back in and see if the menu starts popping up.
