Hisense 70H6570G does not turn on, red light blinks once after 20 seconds.
Any of the things you mentioned can cause the set to not power up, start by testing the power standby voltage, if its around 3.5 volts check the power on command from the main, if it's missing replace the main, if it looks ok (around 3.3 vdc) test the other power supply voltages, this set should be easy to troubleshoot.

HiSense 55 in smart TV. Digital Antenna
This will be a main board issue, replace the board and the set will work like it's supposed to. I would take another TV and run a channel scan and be sure your antenna is picking up the channels before ordering a main

Hisense tv model 75h6570g has sound but a black screen could back lights be good if power supply board is bad
I agree with you Gerald, changing the strips involves removing the panel and on a set of this size that can be an issue unless someone has the proper handling equipment and uses static precautions but taking it for repair will run more than it's worth as most places charge from $2 to $2.50 an inch for labor, total cost would be about 2/3 the cost of a new set but if a person can do it themselves the strips only run about $75.

Hisense 50Q8G help finding parts
It won't be an issue finding the part but generally they don't fail on their own, not saying I've never seen it happen but of the thousands of TV's my shop repairs in a year I can count on one hand when it's just the opto. Generally, it's a part or parts on the hot side of the isolator that is bad, and it damages the opto.

What is the best thing to do with a75'' tv that is barely a year old but too expensive to repair
best is buy LG or Samsung TV
not china cheap junk.(alibaba_gone wrong)
gee send it back for a refund, PRONTO.
your "same hardware" is 100% false. !!!
yes it had junk LED, there, pure trash, seen many .
the TV will never be better than its parts quality.
and support and warranty and spare parts and has real service manual.
quality is NEVER FREE. (and that TV makers QA department is brain dead)<<< see that?

I have a Hisense. 60DU6070 smart tv The power LED is blinking in a series of two. Then turning off. Then repeating.
Unfortunately, you're getting a lot of bad and not helpful information like replace capacitors, power supply ect without doing any testing to determine what the actual issue is. Where you need to start is by testing the main board to see if it's doing what it's supposed to do to "wake up" the power supply. Put your multimeter ground lead on the frame ground and find the terminal marked PS_On on the connector going from the power to main board (there will be a legond on the board to tell what pin is what) once you have your meter hooked to that connector turn the TV on and see if you see around 3.3 VDC, this is the signal that tells the power supply to turn on. If you don't see that voltage replace the main board if you see it you need to do some testing of the power board to see if its working, I'm going to have you run this test before going any farther.

HISENSE TV boot loop issue
Let me get this right..you want to know where the EEPROM is located on the main board, then you want to short some pins but not sure what pins to short so the TV will magically reboot. You said something about "get it out of the boot loop"..The boot log is what you need for the TV to work, The ROM sends the various commands to the CPU telling it what to do to make the TV wake up and come on. For your set to work you need to REPLACE the IC, ld tell you where it's located at but I doubt you have the equipment to replace SMD components. Your best bet to fix the TV is replace the main board.
