Why is my tv screen black?
Shine a flashlight into it and see if you can see a picture? If you can it is a problem with the LEDs.
It is a low budget set (despite being Smart and 4K) and not worth spending a lot of money on.
Hopefully out television expert @Larry will be along soon. Search this site for Hisense, question answered within the last two weeks.

Hisense 50R6E3 power supply replacement issues
If you got everything hooked up when replacing the board the one you received is defective, however the power board isn't known for failure in this model set so your old one may be ok, have you tested the PWR_ON pin to see if you have voltage there when you push the power button? The 5 volt standby has to be working if you get a standby lamp, think you said it flashes. If you don't see around 3 volts when the power button is pushed on the power on pin going from the power supply to main the main board is defective, if you see voltage test the other rails coming from the power supply and see if they look good. This model has a really high failure of the LED backlights, a guess is this is what's wrong with your TV.

Hisense 58R6E continuously cycles.
This model TV will have from 10 to 12 LED strips (depending on serial number) sitting vertically in the panel, you will need to replace them all to fix he set. On some brands if one lamp fails the overload circuitry will shut down the inverter section of the power supply but on most Hisense brand sets including the one you own there can be up to about half the LED buttons shorted (not lighting) and the set will continue to work with a darker than normal picture but eventually enough will burn out and the inverter will shut down from over current once the set has run for a few minutes, this is what you're experiencing. Our service center has repaired hundreds of Hisense sets where replacing backlights fixed the TV, from what I remember we have never had a power board failure causing this issue, its possible there has been as we have several service techs working on TV's but personally, I've never ran into the power board failure causing the LED lamps to not light.

How to fix Hisense 75R6E1 blank screen
You have shorted LED backlights. New strips will fix the set but changing them on a set that size without the proper equipment can be difficult, the screen on this make of set is VERY fragile, handling it incorrectly will damage it, also use static care as that can damage the panel

I have a Hisense television with no backlight, no light in front when checked with flashlight.
Hi Henry, since the tv is not turning on to check for any video in the background then it gets a bit more complicated to pinpoint where the failure might be.
This TV has a power supply and main board combined in one board. Replacing the whole circuit board might fix it but it could also be defective LED's strips.
Let me know if you require further assistance.

Hisense 75Q8G power LED white blinking
You're correct on your theory of defective backlights, it's a common failure on this model set, replace them and the set should work again..The service code you're getting is backlight issues

Hisense 75h6570G backlight
Chances are it's your LED backlight strips that need replacing, sometimes it's hard seeing the image with a flashlight, I'm sure it's there and you're not seeing it
