Hello Ginnie, it may be that your remote control has the VOL-locked button and produces the fault, to test the batteries to the remote control and check if it continues to do so.

Hola Ginnie, puede ser que su control remoto, tenga el bot?n de VOL- trabado y produzca la falla, para probar saque las pilas al control remoto y compruebe si lo sigue haciendo
Otra opci?n puede ser que el control de VOL- , en el televisor, se encuentre trabado o tenga alguna suciedad interna y genere como un falso contacto que pueda provocar la falla
Compruebe estos puntos a ver si tiene soluci?n del problema
Sino consulte a un servicio t?cnico especializado

kayo app is not available for you to download on any hisense tv. The preloaded app they provide is fixed on the software. In order you to have this app , you just need to buy any android tv box and download the Kayo on google play.

Hola Kenpappas, por lo que describes pareceria problema de retroiluminacion
preguntas si puedes tener un led mal?, si muchas veces un Led, es el que proboca la falla
La solucion correcta desde mi punto de vista es, reemplazar, todos los Leds
Como no es practico reemplazar cada led en las tiras
resulta mas practico y sencillo, reemplazar las tiras completas de leds
Te envio un video, en el cual muestran, el procedimiento de reemplazo de las tiras de Leds en un televisor Hisense

Hola William, por lo que cuentas, tienes un problema en la retroiluminacion
Puede ser la fuente que alimenta a los Leds o que los Leds de iluminaci?n est?n mal
la soluci?n, reemplazar las tiras de led, que no funcionen,
Soluci?n Correcta, cambiar todas las tiras de Leds de la retroiluminacion
Te env?o un v?deo donde muestran el procedimiento

Assuming that power is connected, there is an issue with your compressor and/or Freon. If there is the proper amount of Freon in the system the compressor is supposed to compress it and make it cold. Feel the tubes. Are they cold? Can you hear the compressor kicking in? Is there a reset button on the compressor?

Hola Michelle, si el WIFI es el mismo que utilizas en tu casa con el celular o la PC, busca en estos aparatos, en conexiones de WIFI, propiedades, y ah? debe aparecer la contrase?a de WIFI
La otra opci?n es resetear a modo de fabrica el WIFI y configurarlo nuevamente
Tambi?n puedes comunicarte con tu operador de Internet y pedirle la contrase?a
