Probably a stuck button, either the menu button on the set itself is stuck or a menu button on a remote is active. Press the menu button on the set itself and see if that "un-sticks" the button, if it was indeed stuck. If the menu keeps popping up, take the remotes from the room and go back in without the remotes and see if the menu is popping up. Try the menu button again on the TV itself to see if that changes things. If the problem was a remote, perhaps it was laying wrong and depressing a button. Or, a button on it may have indeed been stuck. Bring the remotes back in and see if the menu starts popping up.

Messages al over the Internet say it simply cannot be done with HiSense. Many people have returned their HiSense for only that reason. Apparently very limited in App ability. Most likely you need to update either Play store or Play services. If you open the play store app on your TV and select "my apps" look for the updates and see if there is an update available.

Lightning ruins everything electronic, even things you cant see. It is best to replace the whole unit. You could find the part that is bad and replace it but then there will be something else and it is a rabbit hole. By the time you are done, you will have spent more time and money than you would have just buying the whole set.

All u have to do is hold your power button and press the restart button and you will have your camera working as soon as it comes on.

Probably main board failure!Do some checks, open up and look for burnt resistors or capacitors on the boards, if your handy with an electrical tester check the boards!
