To close the grill on the Cannon 151 eye level grill you need to look at the top right corner of the cooker above grill. You'll see a metal lever with a black end. Push the lever into the adjacent cut out in the cooker casing and then that allows you to push up the grill to store away.

Contact the supplier of the gas you intend to use, they can supply the info you need and the jets as well.

Gas ovens invariably have a safety thermocouple to cut the gas off automatically if the flame goes out, due to an interruption in the supply for instance. The thermocouple must be temporarily over-ridden for the purpose of lighting the burner and pilot and often the override is mechanical but considering the clock and ignition has stopped working it would be reasonable to assume your oven has an electrical or electronic thermocouple override. It would seem either the mains supply to your cooker has failed or the internal power supply has a problem. With such a sophisticated oven, even if you had been able to light it manually, it is possible the temperature control wouldn't have worked.

What I can find is that this is no longer made. You can try getting one of those manual flint sparkers.

The fuse is in the plug! Just locate that and replace!
