Yes it is possible if you install the driver required by the phone properly and you have data cable. To check if driver is properly installe d or not go to device manager and check if the driver is marked with yellow exclaimation mark. If it is marked then it is not properly installed.If you do not have driver you can download from http://rapidlibrary.com

Here is USB Drivers installation procedure for Locosto USB based models :

• Run "Motorola Driver Installer.exe" from "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Motorola Shared\MotPCSDrivers\" dir
• Select "Clean only" and press start, wait untill its finished then close the software,
• Open Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Motorola Drivers
• Open Rocker Dongle Support, and navigate to ".. / .. / RockerDongle / Drivers / W156i_W160_W175_W180_USB_Drivers / dir.......

This model of Motorola uses the LOCOSTO drivers, look for it in the net, and install them. There are step for intall those drivers, be carefull.
