You might be able to sort the screen tearing of the black Pebble by opening the back (carefully as the back may have a bit of glue on it) and wedging a small pad of card or rubber or similar against the screen connector and the back. To adjust the time, pull the crown to the second stop. If yours is this one, it looks like the 3 Chrono Dials are just for show as it has no buttons, (it would need an additional three button at 2, 7 and 10 on the dial).
