Two possibilities: your pc's resolution is not high enough (which means you need to go to the desktop, right click anywhere in the blank area, select screen resolution, and change it to something higher) or, your browser is "zoomed". You have found the second big problem with all-in-one PCs (the first is the difficulty and huge cost of repair). There is very little you can do to upgrade anything in a machine such as this. The error PXE-E61: Media test failure usually means the hard disk has failed or the hard disk needs re-seating or the disk controller is faulty. First - re-seat the hard disk and reboot the computer.
