take out your cartridges and check you have remove yellow tape over the air hole, if you don't remove this printer won't print. Ensure the cartridge numbers are correct, all epson cartriges look the same but the green chips are different so they are not interchangableThe cartriges should fit into the holder with a click, if they are not pushed home fully the ink wont flow.
