How do i disconnect the ribbon connectors?
many small ribbon coinnectgors use a hinged bar that presses the cable down against conenctor contacts. Flip up the bar carefully with your fingernail. It will pivot upward to release the cable.
But then, some cables are not removable. They are held in place by sticky plastic tape. LDS screens often employ that concept. Best not to try to separate the cable from the glass. Unplug the cable at the circuit board end.
How can one replace the battery
If it is even possible to get a replacement battery, getting to the battery will most likely require a small Philips screw driver and possible plastic pry bars to remove the rear bezel. You can use the iPad repair guides here as a reference, plus all required tools can be purchases here.

After purchasing this product, how long do you have to let it charge before you can turn it on to use it?
First lesson here in charging 101: read your info on what u got. In most of them it tells you to turn it on and use it until the item you got dies then you charge it, you can turn it on if u want to see it charging but don't play on it. An it's best to do when you can watch it, so charging it overnight is NOT good, because it will be done before you wake and over charging is not good. It makes the battery weak so holding a charge gets less and less over time. Never leave your cord in the wall when it's not charging your item. Power from the wall is still running through it and slowly frying it. Thats why people go thought many cords for one item. The reason for the first battery kill and then a full charge is a stronger battery life. It gives your battery about (but don't hold me to it) a 15% increase on life. So back to your question. It depends on the item and battery life it has when u pull it from the box. In most cases battery is about half full. Plus charging from a outlet lets say to a car charging is better and faster for your item. When most battery's are being made and tested in factory's it is a outlet that is being used. So most info on timing a charge is based on info gathered From tests done from a outlet
