If you did upgrade, you won't be able to down grade. To make upgrades possible the software only allows upgrading. only with the right interface and the correct software, you will be able to change a flash memory in a device. (each device will have its own specific interface for that.)

Phone is spelled with a "ph". not an "f". Try taking it to a phone service/repair center as it could be a bad battery, stuck switch or the phone could be toast.

Close the app by long pressing the home button and then clicking the cross next to the camera window.

I'm not entirely sure why they aren't showing on your app screens - make sure you've gone across every screen. If the app is installed, you will be able to find it in your file manager, and you will be able to open it from here (bit complicated just to open an app, but I don't know why it isn't showing up, so can't help there). You can also go onto the google play store and uninstall the app and try reinstalling to see if this fixes the issue.
