They should be able to tell you which account was linked with your device, assuming you don't have the email also? If you have the email then all you need to do is reset the password for that email. 2nd option is to root your phone and install a custom rom. Try holding on.off switch for up to a minute. It should shut down if you don't have a hardware problem.
