Version 10.3.1 has been rolled out about the time you posted your question. I am guessing you have it by now. You did not mention your Carrier, but they typically control the release date of the new OS and their release date may be later than when BlackBerry releases it.

Sounds like you may have Parental Controls turned on or have disabled a feature off. Go to System Settings -> Security and Privacy -> Parental Controls and review you Application Usage settings.

I believe it is connected with the SIM card and you can only get this from the Carrier that the SIM is associated to.

Jy moet jou foon factory reset. Options - security - security wipe. Jou foon sal weer wees soos toe jy hom gekoop het. Jy kan dan 'n nuwe BB ID create. Look for the manage connections icon on your phone (looks like a small little antenna tower) and click on it - scroll down to Network and connections and click - click on Mobile network - scroll down to nework mode - select 3G & 2G. Click on the black round App World Icon, click on the small round BB icon named My World -please wait - It will show Installed right on top of the screen. Scroll down and find Whatsapp- click on whatsapp to remove\delete- confirm yes. Restart phone. Go back the same way to App World Icon.
