You mean you can't find the folder you created in your computer and named "Title I"?
Try START /SEARCH / FILES AND FOLDERS and in the search box, type "Title I." (the dot in the end means only folders with that name will be searched).

I have herd that there is a driver option but i have installed all the drivers and granted privleages for them for various device models and they do not correct this - they also state to uninstall and reinstall - after 5 times for each device i realized panasonic support and tech advise generic brush offs!

its a little involved but it does work! for any account type that isnt 100% locked down - but its a workaround and thats all and a total pain in the **** if you have to support a variety of them packaged in a network environment like i do :-S

I am suggesting that our devices for these types of requirements be investigated and panasonic removed from the environement as a result of their unwillingness to address this matter for the past few generations and models of these devices

My Panasonic RR-US360 software is not compatable with MS VISTA.
So the problem can't be solved until either Panasonic or MS comes up with a fix.

I have a Panasonic RR-US430 recorder but can't find the software. I have very important recordings and would like to get them on my computer. Can someone please help me??!!

Choose IC recorder in the drop-down menu on the left panel where the drive C:\ or whatever is shown, or down there is an icon of two folders, click on it.you'll see another panel with four folders shown. find it there.

This driver will only let the pc recognise the recorder, but if you need to listen, change, or copy the records, you'll need the software.

Slide the "Hold" switch. "Hold" will appear in the LCD for a few seconds and then disappear -- this means the unit is powered off

Try calling Panasonic at 800-211-7262. If you have windows vista, you're screwed! They currently don't have the software update. They said that they are working on it. Yea right!!! I have three of these units. I should have bought a Sony.

Javier - I have the Voice Editing Standard 2.0 for the 430 that I can send you. However, it does NOT have the speech-to-text recognition.

For that version (Premium 2.0) you will have to contact Panasonic or an authorized dealer near you. I did that and it was not nearly as expensive as I feared. ($20 for software, $10 shipping, in Canada)
