How do I reset the Privilege password on a 2600?
you need a reboot and a serial console I'm afraid. Lots of places on Cisco that detail the password recovery process, it's quite complex so I'm not going to go into detail, but you need to be physically in the same room connected with a serial console cable (9600 baud) for it to work. Basically, use break to interrupt the startup, change the config register to ignore startup config, reboot , go to enable mode, copy run start, enter config mode and reset the password.

When connect main power paradyne ups offline fuse burnout.
Not exactly sure what you are saying.
When you turn on your UPS it blows the main fuse? Obviously you have a short. If you just changed the batteries I would go back and check that you have the positive and negative cables are connected correctly and there is nothing pinching the cables or touching the terminals.
If you didn't recently change the batteries and this might be a result of lightening, I would change the fuse and see what happens. If it continues to blow, toss it and get a new one. Could be the circuit board is bad but most likely the transformer is shorted. Unless you are a trained electronics technician you should not go any farther.
