Have to delete everything after I insert a flash drive of my own
When you say "nothing will work", do you mean that the tablet freezes completely, becomes totally unresponsive to any touches? What happens if you power it off and back on again?
Does the problem happen every time you eject any flash drive, regardless of whether it's empty or has contents (files, directories)?
What happens if you leave the tablet powered on after ejecting, but just leaving it alone (preferably charging) for a few minutes?
WONT CHARGE ON COMPUTER WITH USB
Most tablets will not charge via a PC or Laptop USB: the current available is usually under 500 mA which is well under the minimum requirements for most tablets.
ps. you could try try using a main/car USB charger for another device using your tablet cable.
Kocaso nb1016a
The first thing that comes to mind is that either the charger or the battery is faulty. You can check whether the battery is retaining its charge properly or if it drains out quickly.
The Kocaso NB1016 specification states that it uses ...
"Power Device Type:AC, DC can DC can car charger". So you can test whether it can be charged from a car battery. If so, then your charger is at fault. If all else fails you'll have to contact Kocaso support for a software/firmware upgrade.
Just getting started says no internet service
You need to set up the internet access by turning ON the Wi-Fi, in settings and then connecting to the internet by choosing a Wi-Fi site and entering the password for the first time.
The tablet will store the password for next time.
