the most likely case is CPU-OVERHEAT EMERGENCY POWEROFF command executed by motherboard in this case apply new thermoaste on cpu, and clean fan/replace on bigger if doesn't help/cpu is overclocked

If you are referring to the ASROCK mobo then it will work on the high density although not as good as with the low density but it will nontheless work.

An ASRock K7VM3.motherboard is a socket A (462) board specifically for the AMD processors. To my experience, these boards (due to age and period of usage) are prone to:

• bulging/leaky capacitors of the high current regulators near the CPU;
• the heatsink tends to be dislodged/misaligned causing overheated processor;
• loose memory slots causing defective memories.

Your motherboard only supports AGP. You can use any AGP graphics card that supports up to 4X AGP. nVidia and ATI make great cards as well as other manufacturers that mak boards using nVidia and ATI chipsets. I would recomend a card with at least 512MB of memory onboard. I hope this helps.
