Charger problems
Sounds like a typical charging port problem and it's common to a lot of devices. What happens is that one or more tabs on the receptacle broke free from the main circuit board. The unit has to be opened, inspected and if it's only a poor solder joint, it can be repaired. But you will need the right soldering equipment to perform the job. So all you have to do is power it down.
Press and hold + volume button and start the tablet.
It will give you 3 option . Select errase all data and factory reset.
Bang it will reset to factory defaults
Stuck on android
the battery is probably soldered to the mainboard have you tried googling how to do a hard reset on your model
or you could try xda developers
