Then without connecting the tablet, install the drivers, Reboot. Connect the tablet and allow Windows to detect the tablet and load its drivers. Then only will work properly.

Completely uninstall the software and drivers for the tablet, make sure you have the latest version of the drivers/software and reinstall as if it were a brand new tablet. Hopefully that will resolve it for you. If not please pop back and let us know!
Graphire4 Vista
Vista doesn't support many things.. you need to see if you can find a driver for it or revert back to XP, or get a new graphics tablet
Screen shaking
Oddly enough a simple solution that seems to work about 50% of the time is hiding the toolbar in your windows browser where the only bar left is the URL bar (the bar that you type addresses into)
It seems to be a java error where even a single pixel is different from what the java is trying to load thus trying to fix the error it shakes until the page finishes loading.
If this doesnt work let me know and i will look into it further
Wacom mouse KC-100-00
I would uninstall the drivers, reboot, and let your OS install the mouse. Then try to re-install the new drivers that were released by Wacom yesterday available at the link I provided. (You probably got them there, I don't know)
If it goes 'wonky' again, uninstall the new drivers and use the older ones provided on the website or just let you OS install if it will.
