Does the machine stitch when you turn the hand wheel? Then the belt between the motor and the rest of the machine needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, I can't find the parts list for the 385.15751090. For a different Kenmore serger model, 385.16642090, the belt is no longer available. I suggest you ask your local sewing machine repair person if they have a source for the belt. I wish that I had better news for you. Cindy Wells
