Try to put grinder (***** on top near cafe beans more to the right) on more rough. Choose less strong cafe and put cafe foam valve (if you have it) off (full left). If problem persist, open the dispensing mechanism box, take all out, there is water dispensing pipe in the back (unscrew screws), take it out and clean it (the pipe should be hollow 5mm wide, it can take a day in vinegar to dissolve and/or water pressure and tiny *****-er to clean it). Do the descaling&rinsing. Try not to play around much as it might burn the pump.

1. Run a cycle with a retail coffee maker "cleaner solution" to clean the water reservoir, or let vinegar soak inside 5+ hrs.
2. In both cases, turn unit upside down and power wash reservoir 2X to dislodge deposits that have loosened during the soak.
3. Make sure to run a few cycles of plain water thru coffee maker before making the next batch of coffee.

Try this push in on the steam knob after it is turned on if that works the steam valve assembly needs to be replaced.

Alarm light: • permanently on (one or more events): signals the machine is out of coffee, that the water tank is empty, or the grounds drawer is full. • on and slowly flashing (one or more events): signals that the Brew Group is not inserted, the grounds drawer is not inserted, the cover of the coffee hopper is not inserted or the service door is open. • on and quickly flashing : signals the need to prime the water circuit.

make the grinder more fine

Make sure the containers are tightly in place and check the door sensors ( the magnetic sensors may need replacing). Also, consider trying to completely power off the machine, wait a few minutes, and start it back up.

hi you have problem in water circuit ,either block steam boiler or one of tubes in or out , also can be electric valve if there is . Any case you have to open the machine and find out regards Guy
