UPDATE TO THE LATEST WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER, RESTART YOUR COMPUTER, THEN TO ADD FILES TO YOUR MP3 PLAYER, click MY COMPUTER open the drive location, open MUSIC FOLDER, drag your mp3s into that box, DONE :)

The reset buttons are a tiny needle insertable hole found along the sides. Reseting the device includes finding a needly pin to punch into the reset button for reset functionality.
