You most likely have a power amp problem, disconnect all speakers and see if still does the clicking, if so you have an output amp problem

HelloSony RM-AV3100 remote has no codes to setup with any Integra devices. You have to try its code search method. Sometimes you may find a code. But not sure. Go to the user manaul of that remote. There is proceedings for code search process. The codes are four digits indeed. OK.

It may not take the iPod directly if it doesn't have a dock built in, but you can always connect the iPod to an available input with a suitable cable. You'll need a cable with a plug to fit the iPod headphone jack (a 1/8-inch stereo plug) at one end, and probably RCA plugs at the receiver end. Radio Shack sells one so you can see what you're looking for. If you have an iPod dock, they often have audio output jacks for connecting to your receiver. what you should do is make sure that your HDMI is cord is not in an awkard position, which like mine i have to unplug and plug back in to get a signal

You may have an over heating problem as it the Integra has anautomatic cut out. The unit generates a huge amount of heat and needs to be positioned in a very well ventilated position.

Hi, Please confirm that the remote has power and move closer to the receiver and attempt to use the remote again. If the remote works when you're closer, then this means that your batteries needed to be updated. If the remote does not work even within 1 foot of the receiver, please clean the section of the receiver that receives the remote signal. You can then restart your receiver and attempt to use the remote again. If this fails, then you can attempt to re-program your remote to the receiver once more. Otherwise, you might need to work with Integra to further troubleshoot the possible source of the issue. Thank you.

To do the reset you need to turn the receiver on, then on the front panel of the receiver press and hold the "VCR/DVR" button while doing that press the "STANDBY/ON" button. You will see the word "Clear" in the display screen and the receiver will go into standby mode.
