Here is a manual for the Seiko Melody in Motion Wall Clock, Model # QXM123BRH: Getting Started

• Insert one "AA" size alkaline battery into the clock's battery compartment.
• Set the clock to the correct time by pulling out the time-setting knob and turning it clockwise or counterclockwise to set the time.
• Push the knob back in to the "Lock" position to finish setting the time.

Melody Selection

• Press the "Demo" button on the clock's front panel to listen to all the available melodies.
• To select a specific melody, press the "Melody" button repeatedly until the desired melody plays.

Volume Control

• To adjust the volume of the melody, press the "Volume" button repeatedly until the desired volume level is reached.

Light Sensor

You have it set to the wrong Time Zone. For example, Pacific Standard Time which is 3 hours behind Eastern Standard Time. you set your time manually at 9:00 pm and it auto-adjusts at 'synch' to 6:00 pm.
