The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. Don't open up the TV. You may regret it. Unplug the set for 5 minutes....not just shut off....uplug the power plug from power source and replug after 5 minutes. It may need resetting.

Hola, tengo el mismo modelo y la misma falla. Encontraste alguna respuesta o ya pudiste resolverlo?

I am guessing that you have a cable box ? You may have accidentally changed the input setting on your TV. Press input button on the TV Remote Control. Take note of what the setting is now, in case you have to go back to it. If changing the input does not get your picture back, make sure that you return it to its original setting.

Hi and Greetings This is a mainboard failure Is your set keep saying that the headsets ar on and no sound from the tv whatsoever ??? Then the failure is located at the headset plug If you have any experience with fixing electrical stuff then you should be fine by replacing it hope I was helpfull

look for larger flat ones they are plugs to hide the mounting slots
