Error code F1-15
You have a problem with tray movement in the finisher/sorter area. Sometimes those trays get slightly bnt if somebody leans on them and they dont strike the sensor in the center properly. If not then maybe the upper and lower limit sensors need to be cleaned or replaced
What is the finisher front
You are standing in front of it, the machine has sensors that sarround its operating peoperly therefore pay attention to its claims. closing is simply closing when you open the front door of the machine same way close it firmly but gentle, make sure everything inside is properly set accordingly to mini instructions inside the machine follow them they will guide you. How do i erase files from hard drive?
In order to erase the files off of a hard drive, there are multiple approaches towards accomplishing your goal.
There are different types of erases, the most basic (format) is what just writes a file to the hard drive allowing all the files on it to be overwritten. The files will still be able to be recovered through this process. To prevent this there are other types of formats which write zeros to the data...this process usually takes a considerably lengthy amount of time depending on the size of you hard drive.
To go about these ways, one way is that you can remove the hard drive and place it inside an external enclosure..then plugging the external enclosure into another computer and running a software to format the external drive.
Another way is using a windows recovery cd, and reinstalling windows on the hard drive by deleting the partition and making a raw partition and installing windows onto it.
Hope this helps.
Our machine is a Sharp
I believe the CE-02 is a generic network error.I had the same issue, with us it was a DNS issue. We had old computer accounts in DNS confusing the scanner when using hostname. Have your network admin scrub DNS and see if it solves it.
I believe the copier is not warming up as needed
H3-01 = High temperature detection.
Your copier is warming up ok but for some reason the correct temperature is not being sensed and the machine is detecting 'overheat' and switching off.
First, check that there is no paper stuck inside the fuser unit - it may be blocking the temperature sensor (thermistor).
Does the fuser unit feel warm after the error code is displayed?
Try resetting the code:
P,*,C,*,14,[copy button] ( P,STAR,C,STAR,14,COPY BUTTON)
The machine should reboot.
Hope this helps.
