Try unplugging it and wait for 20 seconds plug it back in. It sounds like the bed of the scanner might be off and resetting it will align the bed again

I would go into service mode if i were you. To get into the service mode is # * Clr * then enter 14

this is H4 not f4 c-photo-c-phot press 14 from up and down key press print key

check USB cable

Find out why it is jamming in the Fusing unit.# * c * 14 should do the trick.Before entering service mode to clear the error make sure the machine is in "Copy" mode

Hi,

To fix the issue you can try the below mentioned steps as It is a fuser code for high temperature.

You can try to reset it by entering simulation mode. C, 0 ,0 C then enter the number 14 and hit the start button. Machine will reset but if code comes back there is something wrong with the fuser. Please then take the fuser t out and look at the rollers to see what they look like and clean the unit.

H4 is nothing but an error code that appears due to power fluctation(in absence of a stabilizer). You please enter # interrupt-C interrupt -14-start to clear to clear the error

Sounds like the scanner latch is in the locked or latched position. You can hit them easily removing the copier. Look under the area you remove your copies. On the bottom of the scanner, there is a latch lever. Flip it to the unlocked position.

The tungsten wire must be replaced. I would take it to a SHARP / independent dealer and pay them to replace it.
Unfortunately this is specialized wire and is not generally available to end users.

Hi there, it seems that the paper was coming out black not because of drum or toner .Replace the drum cleaner blade and developer as well. If it comes black again, check the charge unit and replace it then clean the optical parts that is the document glass and the small mirrors.

You can buy the complete drum assembly, but it would cost bucks! The drum replacement is designed such that a technician normally replaces it as the machine requires regular maintenance.,

You can put the new drum in, BUT you have to be painfully careful, if you have not done this before. If you already have the drum and want to install it, I will help you. If you haven't, please consider having a service call. These machines get really dirty after 30,000 copies. You are asking for trouble if you don't do it.

Yes, I know it's expensive, so shop 3 or 4 companies, even independents are usually competent. It could be a lot more expensive if you don't.
