fuser problem

I have sharp AR-M205 copier.Its problem is blank printing.

fuser is not heated up.Check the fuser unit for broken element or open thermistor.Check the power supply

reset error using simulation mode 14 & 16. this is occur due to fusing thermistor is open. still occur remove fusing unit & clean thermistor using alcohol & reset thermostat. then fix it & again reset error using simulation mode 14 & 16.
still h2 appear replace old one to new 1.

Change drum developer maincharger and cleanin blade together

Install sharp desk cd which came with the machine and from the network scanning tool you can update the profile to the machine

Replace the upper heat roller first, 99%, this will resolve your problem, after replacing the heat roller if the problem is not getting resolved you have to replace drum, developer cleaning blade and maincharger together because all are consumables and replacing it together will give you a betttter life span . Rate this after your problem get resolved

When you installed the button manager you should be able to go in and change the SC descriptions ex. SC1, SC2 - SC6. When you use the sharp desk to scan you are operating in a pull scan but when you use the SC programs you are using the push scan mode. You can change the SC mode when you put the copier into scan mode.

The Sharp AR-M205 Copier, seems to be Discontinued. I can't find it anywhere. Although you can still get parts and Toner drums for it.

Normally the symbols indicated require attention some times a triangle with little dots in the triangle need to have the waste toner emptied from machine hope this helps you it depends what is being shown in the triangle a zig zag with may be two circles in the triangle would be like jammed paper needs to be removed

press on the keypad, # * C * the machine will enter a diagnostic mode. Then enter 14 as if to make 14 copies. You may then have to press 1 and execute the program. But that will clear the H4 code 99 percent of the time. Once you enter 14, just press start and follow the directions on the screen. An H4 means the machine was just slow to warm up. It can be a fuser error, but there actually being a problem is extremely rare. Performing a clear 14 will almost always clear that. It may also be P * C * to enter diagnostics.
