How to avoid U2 error which require you to replace toner chips.
This tip is proven in our machines could it be AR, ARM or AL series. To avoid the error above refill the toner cartridge ahead of time before the triangular dots(toner low warning in red light) gives warning. Just estimate the level of toner by checking your page count from previous refill. Failure to do so will require you to replace the crum chips or the entire toner cartridge.
Flashing F in display
I am going to assume there is a 4 flashing also.
Press # * C * or P * C * the machine will enter diagnostics.
Then enter the number 14 like you were making 14 copies.
Then follow the directions , to execut the 14 clear, the machine will reset and should run fine.

Enter code: C interrupt 0 interrupt then 14 then press copy.

F2 04 Improper cartridge (destination error, life cycle error).
Try to put back the old cartridge , see if F2 dissapears, or try to put in a new one.
the toner cartridge seems to be the problem.

About the last 2 inches of the copy does not
Is the paper in the tray the correct size for what is supposed to be in it. For example does tray 1 have 8 1/2 x 11 paper in it and does the indicator on the control panel show that size ? Good luck.
