Hi there. Ok, open the door on the right side of the machine. You should see a unit and feel a lot of heat coming from it if the machine has been switched on. If you pull the black flap toward you it will reveal two rollers, a metal one (upper) and an orange one (lower). It's likely that one or both are damaged, this unit fixes toner to paper and if there is a scratch in the upper roller or a groove in the lower one, it will cause the symptom you describe. A qualified engineer could replace these though if you want to part with a bit more cash you may get a complete fuser unit for the machine which is relatively straight forward to change if your feeling adventurous. It is probably the fuser, but sometimes it is just a false code. To reset, enter buttons clr, exposure, clr, exposure, the display will blank, enter 14, press prnt button, then clr several times to get out and thats it.

i think on that model if you lift the lid you will see the unlocking tab.

Vacuum clean and replace with new one.
