I take it you are refilling the toner cartridge...

Switch the printer off.

Press and hold the green button on your printer and turn the printer on. You will see that the lights flash for a moment and then turn off. After a few seconds, the attention light will turn on followed by ready light and the green light. Keep pressing the green button. In a few seconds, the attention light and the ready light will turn off.

Push the toner rotate button while you continue pressing the green button. As you briefly push the toner button, you will see the light flashing. Release both the toner button and the green button.

Repeatedly push the red button (cancel button). Now all the working lights on the printer will turn off.

Open and close the lid of HP printer once. The light will start blinking.

Press the green button. Your HP toner cartridge chip will be reset.

Configuration page denotes total gape count.. Press menu button...scroll to information..enter...scroll to configuration page...enter..

Replace toner cartridge., toner above to empty

power on printer after printer is in ready state press and hold down x cancel button until ready flashes then release you will get config page

Only way to replace formatter board..

it dependes if you have local wifi where your HP printer is connected. If yes, you only need to install HP ePrint app. After you start the app ignore activate printing via hp cloud, you don't neet it. If you are with your Android on the same WiFi your app will identify the printer on the network and you only need to indicate the photo or file. Open it and print. Tha'ts all.

Try a different outlet and different power cord.

it sounds like your collection assembly is full. this is not something you can do anything about. it must be replaced and it will be costly. you are probly better off to replace it

Go to the hp.com site and search for said driver. Sometimes they do not update their drivers for older machines, but I am not familiar with this one. Good luck. Once a year Staples will have a special where one can trade in an old machine for a discount on a new HP.

What model? Connector on the outside or on the mainboard? If on the mainboard, replace it. If on the front, you should be able to just replace the connector cable and/or mounting.

make sure you have a phone line plugged in correctly (into the in plug) and set the printer / fax to recieve auto. Do not pick up the phone while recieving the fax, If thei does not work, check your setting in the software.

If IT SHOWS the HP LOGO AND NEVER COMPLETE THE INITIALIZATION; it can be FORMATTER BOARD (rplace it), could TRY TO UPDATE THE FIRMWARE AT HP SITE.
