I think the jack cable is not good try to buy a new one and see if it makes the same noise

there are spraycans of cleaner that u can buy to cure it. sounds like dirty pots like maybe your volume pot on your amp or the pots on the instruments your playing. get the cleaner ,spray in the pots and move them back and forth and thats it. my marshall amp was doing the same and that was my cure. i dont remember the name of it but phone long and mcquade or another store and ask. hope that helps ya.

I have no idea. It is possible to download the user manual but it does not even include the word "fuse" in the entire document. Do you mean the Roland E-09 or another Roland product? You need a MIDI to USB In/Out converter. Make sure that the converter is supported by the manufacturer with your OS version. You may need to be connected to the internet and allow your computer to obtain drivers for other devices. Connect the cable appropriately. Turn on the Roland device and make sure that your OS sees the USB device before launching your software. The most likely problem would be wiring. By dropping it you loosened or disconnected a wire.

It's always possible the new battery had lost it's charge before it was installed. Check it with an ohm meter for it's voltage. Other than that, either the contacts in the battery holder may be in need of cleaning or the battery wasn't installed correctly.

did you check the fuses and if thats not it then the light may be burnt out.

It's usually fine to leave solid state electronic equipment turned on. A small amount of heat is produced when powered up and it will usually help to prevent condensation inside the case if that's a problem. It's not normally needed unless it's in a damp and/or cold environment. A dehumidifier is possibly a better solution if you have a lot of moisture.

Unfortunatly the impact from a fall can lead to numerous problems ranging from a broken fuse to a disloged power supply to a cracked board. I'd suggest taking it into your nearest Roland authourized service center to get it checked out.
