I got mine for Christmas (2010)... Worked fine the first week or two... Then I noticed that it doesn't get hot at all anymore... It may just need to reset itself. Turn the Master On/Off switch to OFF and unplug the unit. Wait 12 - 15 minutes before plugging it back in. Then turn the Master ON/OFF switch to ON and set the heater as you normally would. That time out, should give the controls time to reset themselves.
