Hitachi 60FX32B 60" Rear Projection Television Questions & Answers
How to replace bulb?
Either under the front long cover--or on the left side. Most HIt LCD projos use a P22H 120 watt bulb, get a phillips bulb and you will be happy. Ebay sells these all over the place.
I have a Hitachi 60-inch
We had it fixed by an expert, replaced two STK 4274 Resistors, only cost $300.00, works great now.
The screen seems to have two of the same image, green and red.
Yes.
The fix is to replace the two Convergence IC's( STK392-110's) with STK392-150's. They are located to the right side of the chassis and mounted to large heat sinks. Be also on the look out for some burnt resisters and or discolored resistors that failed becuase of the IC's failing. These would be located just to the left of the heat sinks. If they are burnt or severly discolored, you will need to replace them with the exact valued resistors. In this high current circuit it is a must.
I hope this helps,

or look for an electronic parts supply store around you , but alot of the time they too have to order the parts, ecspecially certain valued resistors or other special valued parts

Hotachi 60 model 60fx32b
I hope thats a typo and you meant 2 (two) inches on the left side. Have you opened the small door on the front and hit the "magic focus" button yet? NOTE: be sure to turn on the set and let it run constantly for 20 minutes before pushing the magic focus button, once it starts do not push any buttons it will go through all 3 colors and stop on it`s own when it`s completed, if you don`t have bad IC`s this will fix your problem, good luck

Change input on Hitachi LCD TV model LE65K6R9 without remote?
I'd unplug/disconnect the Roku and after 30 seconds try the control button on the back. If you can change the input do so, then plug the Roku back in. Until you use the input button on the back to change input to Roku, you should be able to use the other buttons on the back to control the TV. If this does not work, unplug both the TV and the Roku. Wait maybe a minute, then plug the TV back in and follow the above instructions. Here are other alternatives: Using physical buttons: You can find the physical buttons on the left or right back side of the Hitachi TV. Using these keys, you can change the input, adjust the volume, or turn on Hitachi TV without a remote. Press the Input button located at the back or side of the Hitachi TV. The list of connected sources will appear on the TV screen12.
Using external devices: Connect a wireless keyboard or mouse to your Hitachi TV and change the input1.
Buy a universal remote: You can buy a universal remote to control your Hitachi TV and change the source.

How to remove small popup bottom left of Hitachi smart tv screen.
A little popup that appears in the lower left corner of your Hitachi smart TV screen may be related to one of the TV's settings or capabilities. You can attempt the following actions to get rid of it:
1.Investigate notifications:
Smart TVs occasionally show notifications for different events or upgrades. If there are any notifications, look for them and then clear them by following the on-screen directions.
2.Applications and Inputs:
Make sure all programmes and inputs are closed. The popup may occasionally be connected to an input source or app, which can be closed to get rid of it.
3.On-Screen Display (OSD) Off:
There might be an OSD option in the settings menu on Hitachi TVs. Try disabling OSD or changing its settings to see if it gets rid of the popup.
Verify any software/firmware updates:
4.Make that the most recent firmware or software upgrades are installed on your TV. Pop-up windows may appear as a result of faults in outdated software. Look for a software update option in the TV's settings menu.
5.Firmware Reset:
You can conduct a factory reset on your TV if the problem persists after you've tried various troubleshooting measures. The default values for all settings will be restored as a result. Make cautious to back up any crucial data before doing a factory reset because doing so will also remove any customised settings and data.
6.Message Hitachi Support here:
If none of the aforementioned fixes the problem, it's a good idea to get in touch with Hitachi customer service or refer to the TV's user manual for detailed instructions on how to get rid of the popup.
Regarding External Devices:
7.The popup may be related to any external devices you have connected to your TV, like a cable box or game console. Make sure that these gadgets are operating properly and that the settings have been changed as necessary.
Keep in mind that depending on the type and software version of your Hitachi smart TV, the precise processes and options may change. For instructions unique to your TV model, consult the user manual, or go to the Hitachi website for further help options.
