If the set have a 'Menu" button on its front panel, you can so this. If not, you must have a remote control to make it autotune.

Check by switching on and off once if still the same ,check weather remote is working or not and also option for AV/TV is working and what mode is selected because on AV mode menu for program set-up will not appear,refer instruction manual of the set.

When the remote control battery is week, it sends a signal out of calibration to the TV so TV responded in this situation. now to reset them back to the normal way: 1- Unplug TV for 30 minutes to clear out residue memory of receiving wrong signal from remote control. 2- Replace battery from remote control. When taking off old battery, wait for 10 minutes before putting in new batery to discharge memory effect from remote control. Good luck.
