E804 0006 The laser scanner motor
cooling fan (FM4) has
stopped to rotate in error.
There is no 000B in the manual....so I assumed it was a six.
The sub codes possible are 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004, 0005, 0006, 0007 and 0008. They all pertain to cooling fan failures.

change all 4 developers plus blow clean both developer sensors you can find these sensors next to the black developer assy it has one screw

E020 is displaying when toner concentration in developer is out of specification and 0163, first two digit 01 means yellow color. it is possible:- that the toner concentration sensor dirty and cannot read the correct value,- there is no yellow toner or the toner not supplied to the developer,- yellow developer is due to replacement.In case you need a service manual for this model it is available at: http://fixmfp.com/index.php?route=product/product&manufacturer_id=13&product_id=121&page=2
