I am facing problem that error in canon imagepress c6010 E00820-0202-05 how to fixed it

February 2, 2005 Product : imageRUNNER C5800 / C6800 Title : E013 code and Waste Toner Full message Question :
The copier shows an E013-0001 and "Waste Toner Full" message. The Waste Toner Bottle has been emptied and SW1 is operating properly but the code and the message are still appearing on the display.

Answer :
The counter for the Waste Toner Bottle needs to be reset back to zero in Service Mode.
Enter Service Mode level 1 by pressing * 2 8 *, select Copier > Counters > MISC, then highlight WST-TNR, press Clear - the counter will zero out.
Power off the copier, turn the copier back on, the Waste Toner Full message on the display should clear out.

Hi,I will suggest you reset your canon printer, Follow this steps to reset your canon printer.1. Turn off printer.2. retaining button Resume/Cancel press button POWER - indicator it will catch fire by green color.3. let go button Resume/Cancel, continuing to retain POWER.4. press button Resume/Cancel of 2 times, retaining POWER, after which let go all buttons.5. when indicator will be lit BY GREEN - press button Resume/Cancel of 4 times.6. turn off printer by button POWER. Power on later, that should fix the problem
