hi you error code is referring to the fixing film in your fuser unit is not aligned, in other words its moved to one side and the sensor is detecting it as not aligned. order a new fixing film and replace it or order new fixing unit.

E010 is a code indicating main motor failure.In actuality it rarely fails.look for a broken belt or gear in the Main Motor train.Good Luck

Generally with a PC940 you must rotate the old toner cartridge clockwise to get it out.When you put in the new one, after pulling the tape off turn it counterclockwise to get it to work.Good Luck

Some times need to clean "paper roller" with water-based cleanser with white fabrics or rag. The reason of this problem often is paper dust. The paper roller have excentric shape and you must to clean biggest radius of contact sphere of paper roller. To do this you must to interrupt rotation of roller, then printer try to pick up paper, by "power off" printer.

Hello sir; Discharge corona unit dirty it cause this problem, got to be discharge corona wire covered by tone, clean outby rubbing alcohol,it will take care your problem.

you must have to clen the parth paper

The waste toner is in the drum unit it's self. If it full you may as well replace the drum unit all togather. Once it is full the drum is just about shoot. If the regestration is off, you may have a problem withe reg. feed clutch. Dose it show up with the paper tray and the manual feed try?

Have you replaced the drum cartridge yet? Or did you and this what you are getting. If the old drum was working ok, but dark. You may have a defective drum unit.

try this open the copier and remove Toner Cartridges and shake side ways for 5 times and try to make copy,if faded gone its better to replace Toner Cartridges for better copy quality

Start by powering off the device and unplugging if from the wall. Let it set about 1 min and power back on. If the jam light is still on go to the directed area and make sure that an actuator, switch or sensor is not pulled out of position or covered with paper dust or a tiny piece of paper. If all is clear and nothing out of place you could have a bad senor, switch or actuator. The worst case would be a bad board.

if the pick up tires do not turn then check \
1-clutch for the paper pick up
2-gears

the copier have a paper jam on the left side on fixing unit or on right side .
or the copier have a paper sensor that does not move.

machine error code zero is the first digit when its blinking,there is another # to show? must be 2 digit,but base on your explanation you must change the exposure lamp or scanning lamp

you can locate the fuse at the back of the machine by opening the back panel,at the back you will see a big capacitor,fuse near in that place

power fuse blown on power supply board ,replace it.
