Are you all sure the battery is fully charged? a lot of time I forget to shut my player off and run the battery dry. Should this not be the case then try the reset. If rest is not working try plugging into you pc if the unit shows it should be charging. You can reformat your unit Problem is you have to re-add your music. To reformat go to my computer right click your device and select format. Now unhook from pc and turn on unit. Should this fail them you may need to check for an update to the firmware. Otherwise if not under warranty still ,time for a new unit.

My I river H10 won,t start after purchasing a new battery for it.The charge light on the charger is dim

The issue is the file location on windows. When the error message pops up it should give you the option to browse your computer and find the file. If not find the file and add it to windows media player manually. It should fix the errror. or your computer just hates you lol

Try to refresh database. It's probably already deleted. It happened to me too, there were some files that weren't invisible for computer but were visible for the device. If you refresh it, it will show the same computer does. (That option is made for such cases, your database is damaged/corrupted.)

If those files weren't premarked properly on computer before synchronizating (you can do that in WMP 10 with advanced tag editor) it's not likely you'll get those results. You can add those info on computer and sync files again.However, if all of these files are marked properly (have filled Artist, Title and Album sections in advanced tag editor) maybe database is corrupted - what you need to do is refresh it. (Settings>Extra>DataBase Refresh>Yes)

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release,right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
