Clean print head on Canon P23-DH
Take a small cup and boil it in a microwave, then submerge the printing head (gold foil area) of the cartridge in the boiling water, please be careful doing this, The hot water will dissolve and clear the head, if no joy the print head is defective and you need to buy another one.
Loading paper
Hi,
I had the same problem...but I fixed it. Here's how:
At the very back of the calculater under the paper roller there is a very thin horizontal slot.
Insert the tip of the paper roll into the slot, then press the paper advance button located on the top left hand sidw of the calculator until you see the paper.
Guide the paper through the top slot and voila.
Cannot set the date on my Canon P23-DH V calcualtor
ok, have your calculator set on "on" press the "time/clock" button once, when date appears on calculator press the "M+=" and hold until first number on date flashes, enter the date you want, when done switch your calculator from "on" to "print". date should be saved. do the same for time.
Pritning TOTALS
Use the * key.

Won't print/feed
Try removing the batteries in addition to reseting the calculator.
Where is the grand total key located on the Canon P23-DH V
The Grand Total Key is the * on the far bottom right side.
So, when you are adding/subtracting stuff, your input would look something like this:

958*
