To display city codes you must first hit the "C" button to switch into World Time mode.
While in World Time Mode press D to scroll through the city codes.

Since the printed manual which is provided with the watch has very small print, I would suggest that you download the online manual in PDF format.

The print of the PDF manual can be magnified so that it can be read easily.

You can download the manual by clicking this link.

On the page which opens, click on the "Download" button to download and save the manual.
