Casio DR-250HD Calculator Questions & Answers
WHAT IS THE E CODE
Does the E code look like 10.8372487489E12?
If so, the calculator is either set to scientific notation mode OR the result was an answer that was too big to display on the calculator, so it converted it to scientific notation. To convert from scientific notation back to regular notation, move the decimal to the right by the number of times after the E. In this case, the number after the E is 12, so we have to move the decimal to the right 12 times. In this case, I get the final answer as 10 837 248 748 900.
Good luck.
Any questions, let me know.

It stopped working and shows an E
when this happen just replace the batteries or turn the calculator upside down. find the reset hole and use thin pin. an office paper clip stretched will suffice. insert it inside the hole and press to hear a click sound. that is how to reset a calcolator.
Changing the ribbon
I just had the same problem today except I needed open because of a paper jam. Anyways, I started by using a philips head screwdriver and pried by where the plug is and worked my way around. The cover is held on by the screws on the bottom and some tabs inside. You kind of have to pull if open as it is very stubborn. Good luck!
PRINTING PROBLEM
If certain numbers are not printing then you can either send it in for repairs or purchase another item. The item may no longer be available through Casio but you might be able to find it yet on the internet.
